This cheese is made exclusively with sheep milk.  It is well pressed, yellow with small holes, and carefully matured from 3-5 months minimum.  The flavor is mild but intense, which is characteristic of the best sheep cheeses.

Whole 1 kg. or Half 500 g.

Ingredientes: LECHE PASTEURIZADA de oveja, sal, cloruro cálcico, conservador (Lisozoma de HUEVO), cuajo y fermentos lácteos.
