Placing an Order
Place orders directly through the shopping cart, following the instructions that are provided.
If you need additional information or have any questions, you can call (34) 964 173 115 or send an e-mail to email@example.com, where they will help you as soon as possible.
For orders up to 20 kg, an additional cost of 4 € will be added for shipments to the Peninsula or 8 € to Balearic Island, which includes the cost of preparing the order and shipping.
For orders more than 20 kg, an additional 0.50 Euros per kg. will be added. For orders outside the Peninsula and Abroad, please check with us for the shipping cost.
A specialized national company handles shipping and the order will be delivered within a maximum of 3 or 4 days.
If necessary, the shipment will be sent with refrigeration.
If you notice the package is damaged when receiving it, you must write the details on the delivery confirmation form before signing it.
1. Bank transfer
Our bank account number will be provided when you choose this method of payment.
When making the transfer, the name and number of the person making the request must be provided as a reference.
We will ship your order after verifying the receipt of the transfer to our bank.
2. Credit Card
This is the fastest and most convenient way of making payments. The process uses a payment gateway secure server of the credit institution.
The security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) ensures the secure transmission of the whole process.
The cost of the order will be sent to the financial institution where the payment will be processed. No employee of our company has access to your card details.
The data requested by the server from the credit institution are:
-CVV2 Security Code (3 digits on the back)
3. COD (Payment Upon Delivery)
The payment of your order is transacted at the time of delivery.
An additional will be charged for the transaction through the shipping carrier of 3 € for less than 100 € or 3% for orders over € 100.
After checking your order, if the goods do not match the requested order, or if there is a defect in the packaging, presentation or quality you must communicate by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the order.
After verifying the anomaly, we will proceed to exchange the goods or refund by bank transfer to the account specified, at no expense to the customer.
