Thyme Honey

Thyme honey is a honey made by bees from the nectar of thyme flowers. It is highly prized for its intense flavor and aroma, ideal for lovers of full-bodied honeys.

Dark amber in color, it tends to intensify into an orange hue when it crystallizes. Its aroma is floral, very characteristic and deep, clearly reminiscent of the thyme plant. The flavor is sweet with a slightly intense and herbaceous touch, which makes it unique. It is harvested throughout spring, between March and June, coinciding with the flowering of thyme.
