Place an order
The orders are made directly through the shopping basket, following the instructions provided.
The minimum purchase is 25 €.
To make any purchase of product you must be of legal age (+18 years).

Shipment
The cost of preparation and the shipment for orders of up to 10 kg is 7 € for deliveries sent in the Spain’s peninsula.
If the order weighs more than 10 kg, each additional kilo will increase by 0,60 €/kg.
For orders outside Spain’s peninsula and abroad, check the amount of the shipment with us by e-mail.
Transportation
The transport is carried out by a national specialized company and is delivered maximum in 3 or 4 working days.
When receiving the order, if you observe anomalies in the package, you must state it in the delivery note that the carrier presents you for the signature of the conformity of the delivery.
Payment methods
1. By card
It is the fastest and most convenient way to make payments. The process uses a payment gateway on a secure server of the credit institution.
The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol guarantees the safe transmission of the entire process.
The amount of the order is sent to the server of the financial institution where the payment will be processed. No employee of our company has access to your card data.
The data requested by the credit institution server are:
- Card numbering
- Expiration date
- CVV2 security code
2. Bank transfer
Our bank details will be provided to you by email at the time you choose this payment method.
When making the transfer must indicate in reference: name of the person making the order and order number.
Once the transfer has been verified with our bank, the order is shipped.
Returns
Once the order has been verified, if the goods do not correspond to the requested, packaging, presentation or defective quality, they must communicate it by email or by phone within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Once the anomaly has been verified, the merchandise will be changed or the amount refunded by bank transfer to the account indicated, without any expense for the customer.
