Summary purchase conditions

All prices include IVA (VAT).

The minimum purchase is 25 €.

To make any product purchase you must be of legal age (+18 years).

Shipments are only made to destinations in mainland Spain.


Shipment

  • Mainland Spain (península): the cost of preparation and shipping for orders of up to 10 kg is 7 € for deliveries to the peninsula.
    If the order weighs more than 10 kg, each additional kg will increase by 0.60 €/kg.
  • Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Abroad: consult the shipping amount by e-mail.


How to place an order

Orders are placed directly through the shopping cart, following the instructions provided.

If you need additional information or make any queries, you can use the telephone number 964 173 115 or the email pedidos@guimeramorella.com, where you will be attended to with the diligence.

The transport is carried out by a national specialized company and is delivered maximum in 3 or 4 working days.

When receiving the order, if you observe anomalies in the package, you must state it in the delivery note that the carrier presents you for the signature of the conformity of the delivery.


Payment methods

  • By card:
    It is the fastest and most convenient way to make payments. The process uses a payment gateway on a secure server of the credit institution.
    The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) security protocol guarantees the secure transmission of the entire process.
    The amount of the order is sent to the financial institution's server where the payment will be processed. No employee of our company has access to your card details.
    The data requested by the credit institution's server are:
    · Card numbering
    · Expiration date
    · Security code CVV2
  • Bank transfer:
    Our bank details will be provided to you by email at the time you choose this payment method.
    When making the transfer you must indicate in reference: the name of the person placing the order and the order number.
    Once receipt of the transfer has been verified with our bank, the order is sent.

Returns

Once the order has been verified, if the merchandise does not correspond to what was requested, packaging, presentation or defective quality, you must notify us by email or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Once the anomaly is verified, the merchandise will be exchanged or the amount refunded by bank transfer to the account indicated, at no cost to the customer.
