All prices include VAT.

Placing an Order
Place orders directly through the shopping cart, following the instructions that are provided.

Additional Costs
The cost of preparation and shipping for orders up to 10 kg is € 5 for deliveries in the peninsula.
If the order weighs more than 10 kg, each additional kg will be increased by € 0.60 per kg.
For orders outside the peninsula and abroad, please check with us for the shipping cost. 

Shipping

A specialized national company handles shipping and the order will be delivered within a maximum of 3 or 4 labour days.  
If you notice the package is damaged when receiving it, you must write the details on the delivery confirmation form before signing it.      

Payment Methods

1. Bank transfer
Our bank account number will be provided when you choose this method of payment.
When making the transfer, the name and number of the person making the request must be provided as a reference.  
We will ship your order after verifying the receipt of the transfer to our bank.    
2. Credit Card
This is the fastest and most convenient way of making payments. The process uses a payment gateway secure server of the credit institution.
The security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) ensures the secure transmission of the whole process.
The cost of the order will be sent to the financial institution where the payment will be processed. No employee of our company has access to your card details.
The data requested by the server from the credit institution are:
-Card number
-Expiration date
-CVV2 Security Code (3 digits on the back)

Returns
After checking your order, if the goods do not match the requested order, or if there is a defect in the packaging, presentation or quality you must communicate by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the order.  
After verifying the anomaly, we will proceed to exchange the goods or refund by bank transfer to the account specified, at no expense to the customer.
