In accordance to the Spanish Basic Law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, Guimerà, CB, located at Virgen del Pilar, 27 (Morella), informs you that the personal data you provide us will be stored and processed by us. Such personal data is processed by Guimerà, CB, for the following purposes: sales contracts implementation and informing customers about our products. You have the right at any time to access, rectify, erase, block and oppose any processing of your personal data and withdraw your consent thereto. The aforementioned rights may be effective by a written signed request sent by post to the abovementioned address. The request shall include your first name, family names, postal address for notifications, a copy of your ID card and shall name the right you exercise.

Prices
All prices include VAT.

Placing an Order
Place orders directly through the shopping cart, following the instructions that are provided.

Additional Costs
For orders up to 20 kg, an additional cost of 4 € will be added for shipments to the Peninsula or 8 € to Balearic Island, which includes the cost of preparing the order and shipping. 
For orders more than 20 kg, an additional 0.50 Euros per kg. will be added.  For orders outside the Peninsula and Abroad, please check with us for the shipping cost. 

Shipping
Shipping is handled by a specialized national company and the order will be delivered within a maximum of 3 or 4 days. 
If necessary, the shipment will be sent with refrigeration.    
If you notice the package is damaged when receiving it, you must write the details on the delivery confirmation form before signing it.     
Forms of Payment
1 / Bank transfer
Our bank account number will be provided when you choose this method of payment.
When making the transfer, the name and number of the person making the request must be provided as a reference. 
We will ship your order after verifying the receipt of the transfer to our bank.    
2 / Credit Card
This is the fastest and most convenient way of making payments.
The process uses a payment gateway secure server of the credit institution.
The security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) ensures the secure transmission of the whole process.
The cost of the order will be sent to the financial institution where the payment will be processed. The bank makes the changes for your account as well as for our account. 
No employee of our company has access to your card details.
The data requested by the server from the credit institution are:
-Card number
-Expiration date
-CVV2 Security Code (3 digits on the back)

3 / COD (Payment Upon Delivery)
The payment of your order is transacted at the time of delivery. 
An additional will be charged for the transaction through the shipping carrier of 3 € for less than 100 € or 3% for orders over € 100. 

Returns
After checking your order, if the goods do not match the requested order, or if there is a defect in the packaging, presentation or quality you must communicate by e-mail or telephone within 48 hours of receiving the order. 
After verifying the anomaly, we will proceed to exchange the goods or refund by bank transfer to the account specified, at no expense to the customer.

Privacy
All personal data will be treated with the utmost security.
The information provided will be used only by our staff, and not given to third parties, in order to complete the order requested and will be included in a file for the completed order and control related to the business, as well as to inform you of products and services that might be of interest to you.
