Orange Honey

Orange blossom honey is obtained from the nectar of the white flowers of orange, lemon, and other citrus trees that bloom along the Mediterranean coast. The name "Azahar" comes from the Hispanic Arabic word meaning "white flower." 

It is harvested in spring, especially between March and April, when the citrus groves are in full bloom.

It has a light amber color that clears when crystallized. Its aroma is penetrating and very characteristic, reminiscent of orange blossoms. The flavor is sweet, smooth, and with floral nuances, ideal for those seeking a delicate honey with personality.
