Eucalyptus Honey

Eucalyptus Honey is a variety produced by bees from the nectar of the flowers of the eucalyptus tree. It is a honey with a lot of personality, ideal for those seeking strong flavors and distinctive aromas.

It has a dark amber or light brown color and a mild aroma with balsamic notes, very recognizable and pleasant. On the palate, it offers a sweet, powerful, and persistent flavor, with a characteristic touch that sets it apart from the rest.

It is harvested in late summer, between August and September, coinciding with the eucalyptus tree's flowering period.
