Toro Cecina

Cecina obtained from the selection of meats from bulls. The beef is selected carefully, then the pieces are mixed salt and hung in the air. By slow drying, the meat becomes juicy and cured with an aroma and flavor that can only be achieved with the slow passage of time. Cecina thus obtained provides an aroma and taste that is different from any other product.
