"El Morellano" Tronchon Goat
This is a type of traditional cheese from the region, made using the characteristic Tronchón cheese mold that makes it easily recognizable. Only milk from sheep and goats in the region is used. GOAT - Made with pasteurized goat milk, this cheese is matured from 3-5 months. It is mild, has an intense, aromatic flavor, and pleasant tasting.
