GOAT with mold on rind - Made with pasteurized goat milk and aged for 60 days. Its form is cylindrical with round borders. It is matured with natural mold, which gives the rind a blue gray color. The cheese is compact, with an intense white color. The texture is buttery and melts in your mouth. Its taste is mild and very pleasant.
