This is a type of traditional cheese from the region, made using the characteristic Tronchón cheese mold that makes it easily recognizable.  Only milk from sheep and goats in the region is used. SHEEP - This cheese is made by hand, entirely with sheep milk, and matured from 3 - 5 months.  It has a smooth texture and a light yellow color.  It is a typical farm cheese, mild and pleasant tasting.

Whole 960 gr. or half piece 480 gr.

Ingredientes: LECHE PASTEURIZADA de oveja, sal, cuajo, estabilizador E-509, fermentos y conservador (Lisozoma de HUEVO).
