Rosemary Honey

This excellent Rosemary honey is one of the varieties most valued for its purity and delicacy. Produced by bees that collect the nectar of the rosemary, it grows in Mediterranean areas where this plant is abundant.

It is harvested at two times of the year: spring and autumn, coinciding with the flowering of the rosemary.

With a clear amber appearance, this honey can become almost white when crystallized. Its aroma is floral, soft and not persistent. The flavour is sweet, fine and light, much appreciated by those who prefer mild honeys.
